Powder Brows is suitable for all skin types and all ages. With this procedure, my clients brows will be mapped out and the shape approved before we proceed. Numbing cream will be applied. The selected brow area will then be tattooed to mimic soft pencil shadow behind the hairs. It is very effective in producing a subtle, enhanced, more even appearance and does not have to be bold or highly noticeable. Powder brows is also the perfect cover up for old, faded microblading or old powder style tattoo that has faded enough to be covered. *All Cosmetic Tattoos fade by approx. 40% over the first 2 weeks so we need to be seeing dark results initially and desired results by week 2 post tattoo. **All Cosmetic Tattoos require 2 visits to be complete. Your second visit is free of charge. I want you to come back for your second visit even if you think your tattoo is great. I will be able to assess your healed results (which differ from person to person) and make any changes to colour or shape if needed. In most cases, we apply a second coat of the original colour but the option is there to adjust if we want to. ***Before your tattoo, please try avoiding sun exposure, alcohol and please advise me if you are taking particular medications known to thin the skin or blood which can lead to heightened bleeding and suboptimal pigment adherence such as Accutane, Aspirin, NSAIDs, Ibuprofen, fish oil, etc. ****Cosmetic procedures like fillers, peels, laser therapies, and dermabrasion should be completed at least a month before obtaining a cosmetic tattoo. It’s also advisable to cease the application of retinol and AHA products in the targeted area a week before the procedure.
