Refunds and Rescheduling:

I generally do not offer refunds. In most cases, rescheduling is required. If you are unhappy with your tattoo I will discuss inhouse saline removal, but in all cases, you will be part of the design process and you will have many chances to speak up if we are headed in a direction you are not interested in. Before we begin your tattoo you will be made aware that immediately after your cosmetic tattoo, the colour and darkness will be bolder than the healed results. Your tattoo will fade during healing by approx. 40%.

If you are running late for your appointment CALL ME. 0476117740. If you are running more than 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule your appointment. I am happy to reschedule, I understand life happens. If you know you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible as I have 4 children and it may impact my childcare.
